Integrated Health Service Plan 2010 - 2013 and Health System Design Blueprint - Vision 2022
The South West LHIN is pleased to release the Integrated Health Service Plan 2010-2013 (“IHSP”) and Health System Design Blueprint – Vision 2022 (“Blueprint”).
The South West LHIN’s IHSP describes the LHIN's priorities, strategies and proposed outcomes for the local health system and our implementation plans for the next three years.
The Blueprint is a long-term plan for how the health care system should be structured. It details the South West LHIN's vision of a sustainable system in which health care providers work more closely together to improve the patient experience.
