A Healthier Tomorrow: A South West LHIN Webcast Series
The South West LHIN was pleased to present the Webcast series A Healthier Tomorrow.
We are committed to communicating with you regularly about key initiatives and the objectives of this Webcast series were to:
- Inform partners of LHIN’s vision, mission, values, and health system improvement goals.
- Inform partners of how the Priority Action Teams’ (PAT) future directions align with the LHIN goals and how recently funded projects move us closer to the desired state identified by the PATs.
- Acknowledge contributions of volunteers and partners who were actively involved in defining the development of the LHIN’s work.
“A Healthier Tomorrow” is the more than just the South West LHIN’s new motto and the title of this series of Webcasts. It was adopted by the LHIN Board of Directors because it has a deeper meaning that you will find reflected in the rich content of this program. With many obstacles to overcome and difficult challenges ahead of us, we want to maintain an open, informative process for all stakeholders. As we move forward, our plans for change and actions to improve the health care system are being undertaken to make the health system stronger, more integrated and sustainable. A system that changes along those lines will be better able to service the needs of everyone by providing better health care, which means “A Healthier Tomorrow” for everyone.
Each Webcast is approximately 90 minutes in length.
Below are the Webcast topics and dates with links to the Powerpoint presentations and archived Webcast, which you can listen to at your convenience.
