The Flo Collaborative Spread Strategy

There was a wrap up session held for the Flo Colloaborative Spread Strategy on February 23, 2010 in Stratford ON.  People gathered to celebrate the successes of the Flo Collaborative and to promote networking and sharing of other Quality Improvement Initiatives throughout the South West LHIN.
