Critical Care Physician Lead

The South West LHIN is seeking a dynamic physician to work as part of a team to help enhance Critical Care Services within the LHIN and across the province. As the Critical Care Physician Lead, you will work to achieve the goals and objectives of the South West LHIN’s Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP), including the IHSP priority on ensuring timely access to hospital based care, with a focus on Critical Care services.

The Critical Care Lead will provide leadership to strengthen and advance Critical Care services within the South West LHIN through enhanced collaboration and integration of health care providers. Working with the LHIN CEO, physician leads, health professionals, LHIN staff and other health system partners, the Critical Care Lead will promote a team approach to health care aimed at improving health outcomes, experience of care and value for money within the Critical Care system.

Quality Improvement Coach, Health Links

Temporary Full-Time
As a member of the South West LHIN Health Links Team, the Quality Improvement Coach is responsible for enabling, supporting and sustaining improvement efforts within the Health Links strategic and work plan. Areas of responsibility will include facilitating improvement initiatives such as the Health Links Learning Collaborative, transfer of learning, on-site coaching and performance monitoring. The Quality Improvement Coach leads, participates in and demonstrates an understanding of quality risk and patient safety principles and practices. Follows all safe practices and procedures to support a safe patient and working environment.
