My Page
When you register as a user of the South West LHIN web site, you agree to receive news updates, event notices, and information about topics that are of interest to you. Your information will only be used to send you updates from the South West LHIN. If you decide you want to change the type of information you are receiving, just log on to My Page again using your password.
How it works
To create a My Page account, you must:
- Provide an e-mail address to which we can send your updates. Your e-mail address is your "username"
- Choose a NUMERIC PASSWORD that only you will know (your password will not work if it contains letters)
- Select from a list of items which updates you are interested in receiving
- Look for an e-mail from the South West LHIN and follow the link in the e-mail to ACTIVATE your account
You will start receiving updates from the South West LHIN as they become available. You do not need to log on to My Page every time you visit our website.
