Integrated Health Service Plan

Under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, Ontario's LHINs are required to develop Integrated Health Service Plans (IHSPs) for their local health systems. Integrated Health Service Plans must be consistent with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care's strategic plan and must be publicly available.
